📢 NOTICE OF CHANGES TO INVOICE INFORMATION REGULATIONS

Effective from 01/07/2026

Dear Valued Customers,

Pursuant to Point b, Clause 4 of the Appendix issued together with Decree No. 254/2026/NĐ-CP, from 01/07/2026, regulations on buyer information for electronic invoices applicable to individual customers (consumers) and customers with a State Budget Unit Code are as follows:

I. Individual customers (non-business):

1. When requesting an invoice, customers are kindly required to provide:

  • For Vietnamese citizens: Full name, address, and personal identification number.
  • For foreign nationals: Full name, address, passport number or entry/exit document number, and nationality (which may substitute the personal identification number and address requirements).

2. In case customers do not provide complete required information, the invoice will be issued with the buyer name: “Sold to Consumer”.

II. Organizations or business individuals:

There are no changes to invoice information requirements.

In case customers have a State Budget Unit Code, please provide this code when requesting invoice issuance.

III. Important notes:

Invoices issued under the name “Sold to Consumer” or containing incomplete information will NOT be valid for accounting purposes, tax finalization, insurance payments, company expense reimbursement, or any similar purposes in accordance with applicable tax regulations.
